The Discovery Process

The Discovery Process is a twelve week experiential personal development programme. Participants engage in this programme for personal growth and to understand themselves and their relationships to improve their quality of life.

The twelve weeks cover presentations of theory, group discussion and experiential exercises for individuals to gain and deepen their understanding of themselves and others. As a result participants get to know how their thoughts and emotions affect them and their relationships.

By discovering some of the unconscious beliefs they have about themselves, they can recognise repeated patterns of behaviour. They then start to set personal goals, improve self esteem,  manage stress, improve social confidence and begin to understand and deal with difficult people. It's the beginning of a genuine 'Discovery' of the true Self.
