Training to boost staff morale and company culture

The importance of achieving a healthy business culture is being addressed by a personal development programme delivered by training company Room E47.The course encourages leadership teams to take a step back and objectively evaluate how their company culture has evolved over time, and explore ways in which this might be changed or improved.
Room E47 has just delivered its training to Footprints Nursery in Ashford, Middlesex. While the overall quality of the nursery was deemed satisfactory by Ofsted in June, the report noted that management demonstrated a strong commitment to ongoing improvement.

Room E47, experts in psychological support, recently carried out an on-site study with Footprints Nursery in Ashford to support the development of staff and the leadership team in delivering a better quality of care for the infants. The programme was a warmly received success and highlighted the need to merge the Early Years agenda with sound child psychology, which can be achieved through executive coaching and leadership development wherever nurseries are open to re-evaluate their service potential.
