Room E47, experts in psychological support, recently carried out an on-site study with Footprints Nursery in Ashford to support the development of staff and the leadership team in delivering a better quality of care for the infants.
The programme was a warmly received success and highlighted the need to merge the Early Years agenda with sound child psychology, which can be achieved through executive coaching and leadership development wherever nurseries are open to re-evaluate their service potential.

Executive Summary
All childcare providers in the UK face the challenge of supporting the care and development of infants, while meeting the expectation for providing quality services that meet government policies and regulations (Ofsted). 
Footprints Nursery based in Ashford, Middlesex needed to improve its service standards and quality of care towards infants under their supervision. Footprints engaged Room E47 to help transform the way the staff performed and to support the Footprints Leadership Team to build a focus to deliver improvements in the quality of childcare which sits at the heart of the business.
Room E47 provide unique group facilitation programmes that are experiential, psycho-educational and use an integration of several psychological theories to support the development of the group and individuals. The model was combined with executive coaching and leadership development to provide a holistic intervention. Click here for the full report
